TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING; DELIVER; TITLE & RISK OF LOSS

Presently, Haute Hair Professional Hair Care Products only ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. After your order is processed, delivery will be scheduled which may take between 3-5 business days to arrive at the specified U.S. address on your order.  Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for any delays in shipments caused by third parties.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hautehairsalonjackson.com.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return merchandise or make an exchange for equal value. You may return unused or lightly used products within 10 days of receiving the order. Please contact info@hautehairsalonjackson.com to request your return shipping label.

Once we confirm receipt of your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and completed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.   You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery especially for products over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will actually receive your returned item.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

PAYMENT METHOD

We currently offer secure one-step checkout with a credit/debit card, Square and PayPal. Payment is accepted in US dollars at the time of purchase. If your billing address is located in a region/country that we do not ship to, you will not be able to process your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard order processing time is 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday, Central Standard Time Zone). As soon as your order is scheduled to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping tracking information.
